On friday 31 mei 2013 a friend help me wit bus money to get to lappalale as I had lost my bank card. He did a cashsend from absa and I got the sms with the 10 digit code to confirm. On saturday morning I went to the atm to withdraw the money and it gave a message that they are not able to give amount selected. I knew the amount he payed in an went to the atm next to the one I had the problem with. Same storie at this atm. After a walk of 7 km I went to absa in pretoria north just to get a sarcastic answer from the lady at the branch telling me "O this probleme has been happening from friday so sorry I am not able to help you.
I now hast lost over R1000 in a job I had to do on sunday in lepallale thanks to absa. This is realy not a good day for me. So absa please tel me what you are going to do regarding this matter? It is sunday and still I am not able to draw the money
