OPENED A NEW ACCOUNT AT THE CENTURION BRANCH, WHEN I GO TO THE ATM TO WITHDRAW MONEY ON SATURDAY 09/02 TRANSACTION NOT ALLOWED DUE TO A 55 ERROR I SPENT ALMOST 150 IN AIRTIME, SPEAKING TO VARIOUS CONSULTANTS, THEY ADVISED THAT THERE IS NO PROBLEM THERE IS A TECHNICAL PROBLEM AT THE ATM AND THAT I SHOULD TRY 5-6 ABSA ATMS AS WELL AS NON ABSA ATMS.THERE WAS NO TECHINCAL PROBLEM AS THEY WERE OTHER PEOPLE WHO WITHDREW MONEY.YOUR INCOMPETENT STAFF WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.I AM TOTALLY NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED AND I HAD TO SIT WITHOUT ANY MONEY THE ENTIRE WEEKEND, THANKS ABSA FOR SPOILING MY WEEKEND.
