My complain is simple but fustrating. Why is it ABSA still charging us for accessing cellphone banking? First it was free to use USSD code *120*2272# but sometime around June and August, all that change from being a free service now we must have airtime just to buy airtime on our accounts. Thats not on Absa, cellphone banking is free on other banks. Stop Milking us please. Hellopeter help us!
