I recently purchased a car and was financed by MFC. The car was written off and outsurance paid for the vehicle. Unfortunately there was a shortfall. My account was handed over to malanie delport who was supposed to forward all documents to motor rite who I had shortfall cover with. To my disappointment I was told that she only sent these documents on monday. Which is almost 2 months later from the time outsurance paid for the vehicle and forwarded the agreement of loss. Till today she has never even attempted to contact me or even send an e-mail informing me of whats happening with my account. I have contacted her several times over the past month and still I have no joy because she has done nothing to assist.
