I have been trying to contact Nedbank (MFC) re shortfall cover on my written off vehicle. Holding on for more than 20 minutes at a time and getting NOWHERE!! I cannot for the life of me understand how no-one is willing to help me, or how the telephones at a bank just rings and nobody answers!!! Absolutely shocking!!!
