Standard Bank Ucount is a waste of time

I joined ucount - 18th September and called them over 3 weeks ago advising that my tiering was wrong and I could not see the member prices. I was told this would be sorted out. I tried buying a Samsung Tablet normal price R 7496.00 & member price was R 6232.00 but when I checked out the amount payable was R 7496.00 plus R 95.00 delivery. My daughter also tried to purchase this for me and her check out price added VAT onto the R 6232.00 = total payable of R 7104.48 plus R 95.00! Nowhere on the website can I see where you are informed that the member price is excluding VAT - to me this is false advertising. I called again the 14th spoke to Phiwe as nothing had been fixed - she said she would look into my issues and get back to me. I am still waiting for her call!!!
I then sent an email of complaint on the 14th and received a reply which did not even answer my query. I sent another email, then called again and spoke to a manager, Tori Williams who also did not get back to me. I have since cancelled my Ucount and bought an IPad for R 2600.00 cheaper from the IStore.
I have been with Standard Bank for nearly 30 years and am seriously considering moving everything to FNB.
