Dodgy Business practice

I had Vehicle finance with MFC. Unfortunately my vehicle got written of. But they assured me i had Short fall insurance it was relief until my shortfall insurance paid out. the shortfall was R9000. Guess what the total payment i received from the shortfall insurance. R1600 Hahahahaha. now i have outstanding debt and no more car. I guess that's just how it works in South Africa. To my fellow consumers if you take out debt be careful these guys are out to get you. and the worst thing is i Paid a Huge Deposit on my car and more than a year's premiums. its ridiculous.
