I would like to express my gratitude and satisfaction with the service received from Thando Maqubela from Momentum STI. A few weeks ago, I accidently damadge my BMS's driver door just before departing to work. I contacted Momentum STI and spoke with Thando Maqubela.
She was extremely friendly and helpful in my time of distress! She arranged with the assessor to look at my vehicle, arranged with Avis to bring a loan vehicle to my house and arranged with the Pannel beater to repair my vehicle. She constantly kept me informed on the progress, providing me with contact details, etc. She really made this whole horrible experience so much better.
I even received a gift at work!
This was awesome and I would like to tell the world about this amazing service.
