Account reflecting as overdue

Since we changed our debit order to the 1st of the month which was 3 months ago, Std bank have been calling asking when payment will be made. Our payments have been made by debit order on the 01st as per our statement, every month we call they say the problem is resolved and it is an error / gliche on their side.
This is now reflecting on our credit records as overdue and unpaid (both Transunion and Experian) and when my husband applied for a RCP with Std bank last week it declined due to this.
We have been trying to get information out of the call centre and sent all our documents to prove that our account is up to date to get our RCP approved.
Now we are told by the Home Loan manager at the call centre that because our home loan was given at 103% we cannot apply for a RCP with Std bank.
The overdue amount on Experian is R4800 which is what is reflecting as the problem when they apply - this cannot be due to us applying on 103% - our account still has about R12000 to go before it is on 100%
My husband has been part of Std bank for over 15 years and this kind of service is just unacceptable and ridiculous.
This kind of service makes you lose customers...!!!
