I had a problem with my license date not entered correctly and when I called MiWay, Bonolo was able to update my policy with the correct details. After she had done this, my premium went up and then she offered to speak to the manager about this as the problem arose from the incorrect captured details by the previous consultant who assisted me with this matter.

After she spoke with the manager, she was able to keep my premium the same, and now I don't have to pay more than what I would have had to pay after the changes were made on the policy.

She was friendly on the phone and she listened to what I had to say with patience and the willingness to help me.
