Disappointing service from FNB

Myself and my wife are foreign nationals working here in RSA on valid work permits. We applied for a bond and it got approved by Nedbank but we bank with Fnb. For Nedbank to finalize the bond they need a letter from our bank FNB confirming that we are listed with the Reserve Bank. We have been running around for a month now trying to get the letter from FNB but it looks like for some reason they are reluctant to do so. It started with Anton Roux at Greenstone, the man has an attitude problem, he refused to request the letter from head office on our behalf as per the procedures. Now its the head office is sending us from pillar to post and questioning the validity of our work permits, something they can easily confirm with Home Affairs. I am totally confused, are we getting this kind of treatment because we are foreigners or FNB just cant assist clients if the kind of service requested doesnt bring in income at that point (lack of care) or the bank did not even register us with the Reserve bank. My bond approval with Nedbank is going to be stale in 2 days! I am really disappointed.
