What a. Couple of months ago I applied via FNB website and after several attempts via the website and nobody contacting me, I gave up. Now I received SMS from FNB, informing me that I qualify for a smart-device, and I only have to respond to the SMS, which I did. And AGAIN nobody, not even Steve bothers to contact me back, despite several SMS to FNB. If you cannot manage your promotions or capacity planning around your promotions then get the necessary skills and competence to manage it or rather not venture into such exercises at all.
