Pathetic Service

My issue started this past Saturday when my card got swallowed by an ATM. I then used you Mpesa and waited for 20 min without getting an sms with the pin only to be taken from pillar to post as your contact number center did know to help me. I was then told to call vodacom and that when they told me i had to register for the service and that it doesn't work over a weekend. I then drove to the airport hoping to reverse the transaction as i had to pay for fuel. That branch told me that Mpesa is no longer an operating service and they were offline so could reverse the amount. Sunday I went to Maponya mall and they could assist as well with cancelling or reversing my transaction, we called the contact center again and a call was logged with a 2 day turn around time and still i haven't received a call about this. Mon i got an sms that i can go withdraw from a ATM when i got to 1 nothig happens when you try withdrawing. Went inside the branch and was told they couldnt help me either, this was in Morning. I want this issue resolved now and want MY MONEY
