No service at all

I applied at the end of December using the FNB website for a XBOX and TV throught the Smart device offer. About 3 days later I got an sms saying that the warehouse would be open from the 7th on January, which is understandable since it was Christmas. However, up until today no one has contacted me.

I called the call centre to try and track down my order, and got bounced between at least 10 consultants until I eventually got fed up and hung up. I went onto the website to re-apply for the deal in the hope that this would speed up the process a bit, but now it's not available on the website.

I work in a call centre and if I gavce my clients that service I would get fired.
