I was involved in an accident. A scooter drove into me after I turned right out of a gravelroad. I was nearly facing forward when the scooter appeared out of nowhere. I tried to claim from 3rd party and Earl was dealing with my case. He is not helpful at all. Me as the customer had to phone him regularly to follow up. When time was running out all he told me was I have to claim from my own insurance. I was innocent have my licence for many years. The scooter was involved in accidents twice in 2months. I feel the matter was not looked into at all, otherwise he would have seen that the scooter obviously overtook the car that gave me right of way or he didnt stop coming from nowhere. I want a supervisor or manager to look into the matter and I demand my excess refunded of nearly R3000. I was further informed Linda will be my repair consultant. Not once did she follow up or phone me after she introduced herself. I had to run around and phone for them to organise me a loan car. I pay a huge sum monthly for insurance and im sorry to say but the service I got from them after I had to claim was very poor. I dont feel impotant at all. I am looking at alternative insurance companies.
