How can we help You???

After 40 years with another Bank I decided to move my account to First National Bank, after all their slogan is... HOW CAN WE HELP YOU...!!! Contacted First National Bank Randburg as I had not received my 2012/2013 IT3 B required by SARS. I asked why I had not received my IT3B in the post, I was told that FNB no longer email or post these documents to clients. I had to travel 95 kms to the nearest FNB where I again queried the service and was told that most people don't need an IT3B so they no longer provide the service. Really am sure SARS will be thrilled to hear that!! Ordering a new cheque book is another story. So First National Bank, maybe your slogan should be... NO WE CANNOT HELP YOU!!
