I was called before news, notified that I had won the scooter competition. I shared this with my kids and they were very happy. but to my disappointment the service station could not release the scooter as BP SA had multiple winners for one scooter. I was than given a number to call 011 488 5232 which rings off the hook. My kids are disappointed as we still don't have the scooter and from what I heard from the service station a redraw was going to be done. I feel this is unfair practice, as my family was looking forward of having the scooter.
does this mean competitions promoted at BP service stations must not be entered by the public as they just misleading? I'm very unhappy about this matter.
