On 2013-11-23 I was in an accident where a m&f customer drove infront of me, causing me to bump into them. A 3rd party claim was handed to m&f and all the necessary documentation was forwarded. After about 2 weeks I phoned to found out what the status of the claim is. I had to phone several times to find out what was going on. I do not receive any feedback from M & F if I don't phone them. The accident was NOT my fault and I think I have been patient long enough now. I feel that I am being treated unfairly and that the matter is being delayed on purpose by M & F. Please help me.
Nobody even has the decency to keep me up to date or even phone back. Please sort this out as it is almost 2months since the accident, but now I'm the one struggling without transport, and the accident wasn't even my fault!!!
