I initially entered one of their competitions months ago and sms'd at least R200 in on a Monday - double entries Monday. Then I only received one entry per sms. So I mailed them and asked them to amend it and they did so, so I then had double entries for those. Then in the last month I had extra airtime money I wanted to use on their site again. It was a Monday again as I waited so I could get the double entries. I entered R600 on sms entries. It didnt display as double entries again. Who would have guessed. So I reached out to them again and asked they fix it seeing as it is a substantial amount of money. They replied saying that the double entries are ONLY for the questionnaires, which I responded back to them by saying that this is a lie, that nowhere on any of their marketing & advertising material for double entries Monday does it stipulate that they only give double entries for questionnaires and that in fact they had to fulfill their promise of double entries ON ALL ENTRIES. I also read through all their Legal on their web - NOWHERE does it stipulate so. DO NOT USE THEM!! I asked their manager or someone in charge contact me and they are just ignoring me. Typical...
