Upon receiving a rerate notification, I called Outsurance to check why this was necessary. My call was handled very professionally. The net result was that Alishia confirmed that she will check with her seniors, and confirm with me the following day. The outcome is a REDCUTION in my rate by 10% - no increase at all.
