I write this with tears in my eyes..On the 26 Sep I was in an accident and lucky I had took out an insurance policy on my car n my car was booked in to TC panel beaters for repairs. My car didn't have major damages. It was the body work that needed to be fixed. I fetched my car last week Friday as the repairs were done and drove home. On da way I could feel that driving this car somehow felt different from what it used to, but it was already late for me to call anyone. Monday morning when I was driving to work I realised that the really was something mechanically wrong with the vehicle so I called the panel beaters n they advised they didn't do any mechanical work on the car so I picked up my fone and called BUDGET n was told a complaint has been logged n a consultant will call me before end of business. No one called... I called later Monday n spoke to Gilbert who advised that he's unable to get hold of the repairs consultant but he will call me Tuesday at 8am n will make sure the consultant calls me. Tuesday no call from Gilbert or the consultant. I called n left a message for Ntsako to call me back. He did bt I was unavailable. Car is showing malfunction indicator light...
