I have a policy with First For Women. I was recently in a car accident. Their assessor took a week to assess the car and did not get back to me after i called. So, after 3 weeks i was suppose to get my car back on a Friday. I called the panel beaters and the claims agent FORGOT to pay the panel beaters where they had sent my car! I then spoke to a supervisor who PROMISED me she was putting through the money then so it would definitely be in by Monday. On TUESDAY the panel beaters still had not been paid and when i called FFW i was informed that the money had only been put through Monday so it wouldnt come through till WEDNESDAY! This whole process took a month and Ashraf never called to apologise and FFW were no help, just continuously passing the buck.
I will be cancelling my policy in the new year and take my business somewhere else.
