Standard bank bad service

I have 2 loans with Standard Bank, last year in September they had a system error, they did not take their monthly instalment due to the error on their system. The month after that they are starting to dubble debit my account, when we went into the Woodbridge branch they told us they don't have an bank manager, we need to go to a other branch. We went to a few other branches but they told us the same story, no bank manager. The end of October they dubbel debit the account, the call centre keep on phoneing us to make a payment but when we ask about the dubble debit, then they tell us they are confussed. We are spending ours in a bank trying to get help, but still no one want to help us. We are sick and tired of exsplaning ourself 25 times a day when al they say is "i will get someone th phone you" and when someone phones they still can't help us. is their someone in Standard Bank that knows how their systems work, and that knows what to do to help a custome
