I went to an ATM (ABSA cnr Alexandria and Old PTA rd) and deposited money via the Cash Accepting ATM, after i have entered all the details and money collected by the ATM, the said ATM (number 9265) went-off and blanked out and started to reboot without issuing me with any confirmation of receipt of the money or cancellation thereof. I walked into the bank and lodged an complaint via Melva Bugana and Pauluse Patricia or Patricia Mbhele, they indicated i would be called on Monday (21/10/2013) which unfortunately never happened and money is not even in my nominated account until today (22/10/2013- 17:58).
Account for the money 4072818065 with REF 172001364089 which is a VISA RELOAD CARD and the ATM number 9265 as told by the banking officials.
I need this money ASAP for my daugte
