I got my rerate notification and was disappointed with the increase amount f almost R400.00. I don't even get a increase of that amount after tax, and all of my other expenses are taken. I called outsurance and asked for them to review the amount. I was very grateful that Garreth could re-look the increased amount and offer me an amount of just under R100.00.
