Outsurance is always willing to help out and I experienced this recently when I approached ousturance after receiving a re-rate notification. My premiums were reduced and I am truly grateful that outsurance makes every effort to retain customers. The Senior Advisor, Alishia Govender, was very pleasant and made every effort to get me the best rate. It was a most pleasant experience and I am very appreciative.
