I called Outsurance to query my re-rate premiums based on the annual increase that is routine practice for all companies based on inflation. The person that handled my request was (ZIMKITA SUNDU) who was so efficient, pleasant and well mannered that my query was not only resolved but my premium was adjusted to even lower that I paid before the new rerate premiums. This was to my astonishment as I was hoping to get a slight discount and not a complete override of premium increase. Zimkita not only assisted me with my query but also queries related to my Father's and Father-in laws policies and as not expected both their policies were updated with the premiums reduced even lower than what they paid before the rerate increase. I have also changed my Life policy to Outsurance based on the historic service (Excellent) and also the great benefits that they provide. I urge anyone that thinks about insurance just to say 'OUTSURANCE'! They are the best professional insurance company available on the South African market and ensure that there clients are well taken care of. When they say 'bend over backyards" this is not a statement but actual reality. To Outsutrance and staff - Great work!
