I phoned Outsurance to enquire about my monthly premium that had gone up. I was informed by Ms Ntombi that this was a standard annual increase on my total cover. Without me asking, she took it upon herself to check if she could lower my premiums and give me a better deal. My premium was lowered without any fuss and in very quick time. Thank you Outsurance and Ms Tombi for the excellent service and going the extra mile!!
