I visited my small home town in Bergville on Friday but an ATM swallowed my bank card on friday night so on saterday i went to Capitec, i was welcomed by a beautiful consultant by the name of Thandeka, she greeted me with a smile, she had a willing to assist attitude which made it easy for me settle in
Once inside i was helped by Zanele who was very patient, she answered all my questions & went an extra mile to assist me even though their system were slow bt she assured me that i will get my bank as i desparately in need of it - IM GLAD IM STILL BANKING WITH CAPITEC & SISTERS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AS A SERVICE DOES PUSH US TO STAY OR LEAVE THE COMPANY..
