Rooms booked, never paid

Zanele Zuma booked rooms at my guesthouse in Pongola. They seem to do work for Uphongolo Municipality.
She confirm via email that they paid the full amount. Guests never showed.
Zanele replied later that week that they did not show, so don't have to pay..
She then confirmed that they never did the payment.
Leon D Rolls, her boss, said he will look into the matter, no results.
Zanele had a bad attitude & this company's word are worth nothing.
