On three occasions, I went to Nashua-MIDRAND branch, first I was assisted by Mbali, then Zanele, then a call was logged with Sidney Rasunnyane. I escaled the query to Terrence, to no avail. Then I went back to the branch, Bernard Smith (who was the manager on duty) offered to assist but has never done anything. The error msg still comes up on my fone. Mtn says they cannot assist only Nashua can assist. In the meantime I have lost out on benefits and discounts from the Easter weekend to date, Neither Zanele Khoza, Terrence or Bernard Smit have ever cared to find out if my query was ever resolved.
