On Sat 19/10 my card was swiped twice @ the hairdresser, I called the contact centre who confirmed that the amount was deducted twice, I was given really incorrect information by the call centre agent I spoke to, I then had to call back and was told by Tsepho that the money would reverse automatically and be back into my account by Monday, today is Tuesday I've spent R180 on airtime being sent from pillar to post only to be told that there is nothing they can do, the hairdresser cannot help as they said my bank should be able to to it, and Nedbank is passing the buck back to the hairdresser... after being so impressed with Nedbank to being totally disillutioned... and still nobody from Nedbank is prepared to help me
