Ef no: QZE78576. Trace Alert too be removed

Hi,
I have found that there is a trace alert put on my name @ the credit bureau: TRANS UNION.
I found this out by doing an credit application, and I was advised by creditor too contact the company that has set the trace alert on my name, and ask them too remove it.
I did call DMC Collections spoke too: Ershlee Muller, who advised that she will send the request to her superviosr by email, too have the trace alert removed. she will CC me on the mail.
She advised that the alert will be removed within 5 working days and I will receive communication from their company advising that the request was done. I never received any communication. I never was cc'd on the email.
I called back two weeks later, spoke to different agents, who advised that my Markhams account is no longer with them, I advised them that its regardless of wether the account is with them, or if I owe them. The trace alert needs too be removed, cause now I have contacted them and updated my details.
Spoke too Ershlee Muller again, and advised her what needs too be done. nothing was done till now, 5 weeks later. no communication received.
