Good Day
I was surprised to hear from the Credit bureau that Your Organisation has placed a Trace Alert on my credit profile. I have contacted the call Centre and spoke to a help full member (Renai) and she has updated my details and i have made arrangements with her on my account. However the trace alert is still on my credit profile.
I have consulted my attorney's and they have advised me that i have taken the correct steps in contacting you guy's, however a Trace Alert can not be misused as in this case. Should this removal not be finalised amicably i will be forced to take legal actions and cost thereof will be for your account.
