I am very disappointed and to some extent even enraged by the level of service provided by Jocks Autobody. They have had my car for nearly 2 months now and since 2weeks ago, they've been "painting it". I am now even worried about the condition that my car will be in upon return. It is a brand new car & I sustained minimal damages in the accident I had and I don't understand why it's taking so long to have it repaired and returned to me. When First For Women called them yesterday they said they still busy painting it & they will be done next week. At this stage I find them very untrustworthy and I won't be surprised if come next week they have another excuse.
No customer deserves such poor service delivery and I will be more enraged if my car gets back to me in a bad condition.
