I waited 20 working days for standard bank to get back to me regarding my application for a consolidated loan. A consultant eventually phoned me and then went through my application with me, only to tell me it was declined on grounds of affordability.
How can a consolidated laon be declined??? It is suppose to help you get out of debt. How can one not afford to get out of debt?
I am seriously moving to another bank, what poor customer assistance for a cleint of 10 years.
