On the 22 August 2013, I have sent the documents to ABSA Vehicle finance to get the proof of ownership of a vehicle since the car has been paid up. I have been calling the call centre with no joy and i gave up and i started enquirying again on Friday the 18th October 2013, i called the call centre to confirm if they have recieved the documents of which they confirm the guy by the name of Lesego told me that the request has been received and is long overdue he will try to find out who can assist me and i was on hold for more than 20 minutes. To date I haven't receive the documents
