Good Afternoon,

I am not happy with the service i got from AIG. I have had the policy from 2010 as Chartis. They used to pay from 1st in hospital and i found out about the new changes when i submitted a claim 20/08/2013. Claim number: 783967. I would like to know why i was not informed that you do not pay first day but after 24hours. I was in hospital for 6 days and was paid R4000 for my claim. What happened to Treating customers fairly. I was not treated fairly by AIG. Please be advised that i can only answer my mobile phone after 16h00.
