Debited my account for no apparent reason

On the 20th of November i called tracker and spoke to a guy by the name of Brandon about my account who gave me the amount owing on my tracker account and promised to stop the debit order because i was making an EFT payment of R398.00 towards my tracker account, he also text me the banking details, on the 26th of Novmber i received a call from Nedbank telling me about my cheque account being over by R120.00 of an unpaid debit order i then asked where was the debi from they said tracker, i called tracker and demanded an explanation and i was told they are not responsible for the debit order because they cant stop their owndebit order as per the agent who is Mpotseng Oageng i then asked the agent how can i pay R398.00 and then debit still runs, i was told need to take the matter up with the team leader Indira Somai who is not taking my calls, i just want Tracker to pay the over drawn charges on or the unpaid charges of R120.00 on my cheque account thats all cause i have already paid them their money as to why they were debiting my my account i dont know please assist
