INCORRECT FEE DEBIT

I STOPPED A DEBIT ORDER LAST MONTH ON MY ACCOUNT AND WAS ADVISED THAT IT WOULD COST R 5.00 AS I DID IT ONLINE IT HAS NOW COST ME R 60. 00 AND THE DEBIT HAS STILL WENT OFF AGAIN.
I WANT THE FEE RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY AND THE DEBIT ORDER REVERSED AS I DO THIS EVERY MONTH AND EVERY MONTH I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE
