I ask for a policy of mine to be surrendered on 03/10/2013. The person at reception looked through all the paperwork I supplied and said everything looks OK and I should have the money due to me in 7 to 10 working days. On Friday 18/10/2013 I phoned Avbob to find out why I haven't heard anything yet. I was then told they are waiting for a bank statement with the bank stamp on it. Nobody phoned or contacted me in any way to supply this information. This is after 12 working days. I faxed the required bank statement to them on 18/10/2013. Today I phone again to enquire what is happening only to be told the department that works on this only starts at 10h30 and they can not give me an answer.
