I am highly disappointed from the service i received at the Capitec bank in East Rand Mall.i went in on Thursday to change my address and was given the declaration form of which i had intended to return on Friday morning..upon the return i turned back for the document's not corresponding of which i completely accept however i am fuming from the fact that i had to drive to east rand mall and back to Sunward Park four times and this is even after the consultant had checked all the documentation but the consultant would give me a different story.i than requested to speak to the manager whom did not help neither calm me down as she says she doesn't know why i sent back home four times and that its not her fault that i was misinformed or i completed the form incorrectly, i can not start to describe the inconvenience and frustration i had been put through.it is utterly despicable that i could get any assistance from the superior... i am still fuming till to date and considering cancelling my account.i need this matter attended to with the highest priority.
