I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF FNB!!! Having being a customer of FNB from the time bank account existed in my vocab I am so shocked by the lack of customer service and interest in their customer. We open bank accounts to secure our money but its the same trusted security system that we use that SCREWS us up. I went to an ATM LASTWEEK FRIDAY!! to withdraw my hard earned money got to the ATM in Kliptown only for my card to be swallowed by your machine, got an sms to say the money was withdrawn but no money came out. The money is non existent in my account and i am now sitting here stranded because i never got to do what that money was meant to do. An ATM query was logged at you Jabulani branch and till to date I have not received MY MONEY, this is total bull!! Now you have probably established by reading this mail that i don't care about your protocol, that is just none of my business and it should not be made to be. I want that money back in my account by the end of the week or I will drive to your offices for it if i have to. Let me loudly say as well that I plan on cancelling my account with FNB after I get my money back, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE REALLY!!!
