Charged premium after cancellation

Hi. As per recorded conversation on 23/09/2013 I spoke to Marcel and instructed him to cancel the insurance of my BMW 125i coupe. He assured me that it is cancelled and the money wont be taken off at the end of the month. However at the end of the month the money was taken off my account emailed twice and nobody got back to me as yet. As per recorded conversation on 15/10/2013 I spoke to Mandlenkosi who was totally useless. Told me that it wasn't cancelled and did nothing about it. I asked for the persons name who dealt with my cancellation and he dropped the phone on me. As per recorded conversation today 19/10/13 with Obakeng. The best employee of your company who is really humble. Sat almost and hour telling me everyones names. Apologised for the error and assured me the money will be refunded within 7 days
