Fnb just authorized a transaction on my husbands account. Without his approval. All they can say is that there is no manager available to assist and to attend to this it will take 30 days. Now that is the "best" service ever!!! Thank fnb for being absolute! You are costing us money. Not even his premium banker is available. Wow... Now that is service.
