I requested that Lucid cancel their debit order from my account and to remove my name from their databases and they told me I'd have to pay a cancellation fee which I wasn't told about when they took my details. I have never used any of their services but their cancellation fee includes services I have never requested. When I email Charlie, he doesn't respond to my emails. I sent him an email requesting my recorded telephonic conversation and still doesn't respond. Asked him to explain to me why I am being charged this amount (R1 900), he doesn't respond.
