My vehicle was burnt in a freak accident, it was taken to Renew It Randburg on 23/08/2013.I visited the panel beaters on Tuesday 17/09/2013 to check on the vehicle and just make sure it was being repaired in a professional manner and to the right standards. After viewing the vehicle I was not happy as only the left side of the car was re-sprayed. When I enquired with the panel beaters I was told that the repairs that were authorized were what are currently being repaired on the vehicle. I immediately contacted my Broker to confirm why such poor repair work was authorized, the details I received were Patrick Kensley. I advised him that I was not happy with only 1 side of the Car being repaired. He advised that my insurance only covers for the Damaged area of the vehicle and any repair work to the rest of the car would need to be covered by myself.. I emailed Sibingile, the claims lady, and sent my complaint through to her, requesting feedback, I gave her till yesterday to respond to me, I have still not received a response, I have taken out all my policys with Mutual& Federal, if my car is not going to be repaired properly, I will take away all my business I have with you
