Poor service an pathetic bugers

I recently moved from savings to a cheque account an I need to close my savings account I had with standard bank. Regarding the poor service I have received from the enquiry desk. I was moved from one queue to stand in another. I have been told that I can close my accounts an I dont have to worry as it is free of charge is thus to expect from standard bank these days. Im tired an its time to change
