I've been trying to contact this company using the numbers supplied on the website - I've called the numbers in Cape Town and the Head office number - but none of them work. My e-mails are also returned undelivered!
There has been no communication from this company in at least the last 6 months, nor have I received a statement for at least the same time period. My monthly debit order is deducted - but I have no idea of the balance on my account nor the legal fees incurred - surely this is not legal?
Am I going to have to default to get someone to communicate with me? Next stop - consumer complaints forum!
