My hearing aid was ensured with Auto and General. I lost it and phoned in a claim. Stefanie was assigned to handle the claim. She told me what documentation to submit and the necessary documentation was submitted at 15;00, Friday 18th October. At 17:00 she phoned to say that the claim had been finalized, and that unfortunately because of the weekend the money would only be in my account on Tuesday the 22nd of September. When i tell people about the service i receive, "WOW". Thank you Auto and General and Stefanie for your commitment to your clients and the superb service i received. Together you make a great team!
